I’ve been seeing stuff on Facebook and Twitter saying that some people in Cebu are panicking in the aftermath of the earthquake earlier. Apparently, rumors have spread through text messages that the city was going to be hit by a tsunami.

Alang sa mga taga-Sugbo. Aniay hulagway nga unta inyong hinumduman kanunay.
